The person registering or submitting information confirms that they are authorized by their company. All information, declarations and documents must be complete, accurate and current.
A portal score, notification, shortlist or invitation is not a promise of award. Decisions remain subject to controlled technical, commercial and approval workflows.
Each user must use an individual account. Portal activity may be recorded and retained to support traceability, fairness, security and operational assurance.
Use of the portal and procurement workflows is subject to applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the relevant contract documents and portal procedures in force.
Access may be restricted, suspended or withdrawn where there is a security risk, inaccurate information, a policy breach or a legal or contractual requirement.
